The Board of Apprenticeship Training / Practical Training (BOAT/BOPT) portal may at times request personal information from users. When such information is solicited, the purposes for which it is gathered will be clearly communicated. We assure you that robust security measures will be employed to safeguard your personal information.

We, at BOATs/BOPT, uphold a strict policy of not selling or sharing any personally identifiable information. Rest assured, any information you provide on this portal will be meticulously protected against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

The establishment will upload recruitment resource data through the designated portal using their login credentials. This data will then be made visible to students within the specified region, allowing them to view and apply for available job advertisements. Importantly, the information will be restricted to the selected region and inaccessible to other regions. Upon completion of the recruitment process, the establishment will have the capability to delete the data from their account. The entire process, including data uploads and student applications, will be monitored by both the regional director and the portal administrator.
